Warranty & RMA Policy
Dear Customers,
Thank you very much for purchasing your TP-Link product. In order to protect your rights and interests, please carefully read the following Warranty Policy.
Limited Warranty
TPLINK Philippines Ltd. Corporation (“TP-Link”) provides a limited warranty for all TP-Link products purchased from TP-Link’s official stores or authorized distributors in the Republic of the Philippines (For our list of authorized stores and distributors, please go to https://www.tp-link.com/ph/where-to-buy/ .) This limited warranty only covers main device, antenna and/or external power supply failures due to established defects in material or workmanship. Packaging, various cables, software products, technical data, manuals, and other accessories are not covered by the warranty. Upon our determination that a product’s defect/s are properly covered by this limited warranty, the maximum liability of TP-Link in respect of the product/s and/or the use thereof shall be limited to the repair or servicing of the defective product/s, the replacement of the defective unit with another unit as provided in the succeeding paragraph, or the refund of the product's actual purchase price, upon the sole discretion and determination of TP-Link. Unless otherwise expressly provided herein, the customer shall cover the costs for bringing and retrieving the product/s to and from the place of purchase of the product/s or the designated service center of TP-Link. This limited warranty shall not cover any loss or damage that may have resulted from the use of the product/s to other items attached or connected thereto by the customer nor any other condition, including but not limited to change-of-mind on the part of the customer.
By purchasing this product, the customer acknowledges and agrees that product(s) replaced under this limited warranty may be replaced with factory refurbished product(s). If the defective product(s) are discontinued, end-of-life, or out of stock, TPLINK Philippines Ltd. Corporation, at its sole discretion, may issue a replacement product with comparable features. This may result in a replacement product that is of a different model or value. Product warranty periods are not renewed or extended for any replacement products provided under this warranty policy. The original purchase date - as established by the customer’s presentation of the original official receipt for the purchase of the covered product/s - and the remaining warranty period for the originally-purchased product/s shall apply to any and all replacement product/s until the end of the original warranty period.

*Product with plastic finish is considered TP-Link product (Excluding Power Band Product and Power Supply).
**We will replace the product with a refurbished one, should our RMA Technicians not be able to resolve the fault.
***Reselling of refurbished products will deem the warranty void.
**** Dead on Arrival products may be covered by warranty service as long as it is within the warranty period.
Conditions that disqualify products from the limited warranty include, but are not limited to:
- Any defects or damage not involving established product defects in material or workmanship such as but not limited to those defects or damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper installation or maintenance, misuse or abuse (including failure to follow product documentation), neglect, disassembly, alterations to the hardware or supporting setting files, unauthorized or improper firmware installs or updates, servicing other than by TP-Link authorized technicians, improper voltage, and external causes beyond the control or stated operating specifications of TP-Link such as natural disaster, water damage, extreme thermal or environmental conditions, improper voltage, network power fluctuations, etc.
- Any defects or damage caused by unauthorized software, virus, or improper use of self-made, non-public or third-party/open-source software or modifications
- Any unauthorized obliteration or tearing up of the product barcode or product sticker
- Any defects or damage caused by transportation or loading during returning voyage
- Any other defects or damage that are not caused by workmanship or product quality
For external power supplies, conditions that disqualify products from the limited warranty include, but are not limited to:
- Returned power supply units that have obvious hard object damage and/or severe deformation;
- Returned power cord that is broken, has an exposed core or similar damages.
Replacement Procedure:
If you find that your product is defective within the warranty period, please follow the steps below.
- Contact our number or mail to receive confirmation that your device is faulty through the below link:

- Contact the shop where you purchased your device, and send back your product for RMA.
- If the shop doesn’t accept a warranty claim for whatever reason, you may process it through TP-Link's RMA program by following the steps below:
- Contact with sales.ph@tp-link.com ask for RMA support.
- Based on the guidelines to arrange RMA.
Note:
- TPLINK Philippines Ltd. Corporation may reject or return products without accessories.
- If the actual official purchase receipt cannot be provided, the purchase date and warranty period shall be calculated 3-months from the product's manufacturing date. The 2nd to 4th digits of the Serial Number (SN) represent the manufacturing date (year and month). For example: "2241" represents the year of 2024 (24) and month of January (1). "24A" represents the year of 2024 (24) and month of October (A). (B) represents the month of November and (C) represents the month of December. The warranty period ends on the last day of the corresponding month.
- Customers who apply for replacement are responsible for the one-way shipping fee and sending their defective product to TPLINK Philippines Ltd. Corporation Customer Service Center.
- Courier facility for replacement is only available in TP-Link Authorized Service Center.
- TPLINK Philippines Ltd. Corporation is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipment.
- TPLINK Philippines Ltd. Corporation will return your product if it is no longer covered under the warranty policy.
- Warranty will be honored only by producing the original invoice of purchase.
- Warranty will be treated null & void in case the Serial Number of the product is removed, mutilated or tampered with.
- Warranty will be treated null & void if product is physically damaged, broken, wet, rust, burnt, or shows any signs of Water Logging and Liquid Damage (Ports and Internal PCB )
Appendix:
- TP-LINK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INJURIES, OR LOSS OF USE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM THE USE OR ATTEMPTED USE OF TP-LINK PRODUCTS AND SERVICES. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE AND UNDERSTAND THAT TP-LINK PRODUCTS ARE USE AT YOUR OWN RISK
- Warranty service stated above is only valid for products sold by TP-Link’s official stores or authorized distributors in the Republic of the Philippines.
- TPLINK Philippines Ltd. Corporation shall not be held liable for any warranty service provided by the distributor beyond this warranty policy. Please obtain relevant documents during purchase in order to ensure that it is honored by the distributor.
- TPLINK Philippines Ltd. Corporation shall neither, on any account, respond to any loss caused by damages such as improper use of applications and configurations, nor respond to any accusation put forward by a third party.
- TP-Link does not provide international warranty service. Your TP-Link product is only covered by the warranty policy of the country where the product was originally purchased. For TP-Link product/s purchased outside the Republic of the Philippines, the customer shall personally lodge any and all warranty claims with and ship the defective product/s concerned to the proper TP-Link office of the foreign country of actual purchase. The customer acknowledges and agrees that TPLINK Philippines Ltd. Corporation shall have no liability nor responsibility for warranty claims made in respect of product/s purchased outside the Republic of the Philippines.
TPLINK Philippines Ltd. Corporation reserves all rights including interpretation and future modification to this warranty policy.
